My family is getting along well. Just that occasionally we miss Shandy alot.

I am deeply sorry to hear on the passing of your sis. Shandy. Sometimes we wonder why we lose our loved one that mean so much to us that we love. But when their work is done and God calls them home to rest, there is nothing that we can do, but to cherish the memories. May God bless the soul of your sister.
My sis passed away on 9 Nov 2008 of advanced breast cancer, she too was a brave fighter. Reading your blog give me an insight to what my sis had been going thru cause she didn't once complained of pain to us.
I really wish that your family will get over it and get on with your life though it is not easy. At least we know for sure that both our sis are free of pain n suffering. They are in good hands now.
Dear Edmund, Sorry to hear that your sister, shandy, has moved on. I may just be a passerby, but it happens that you sister has became a very inspiring lady to me after having read her blog. Sounds like she kept her adventurous optimistic and cheerful spirit to the end. She's a brave lady and you have to be brave for your family! i stumbled upon the article in TNP and decided to read her blog and it moved me to tears on the pains and suffering she had endured for a woman so young!!!
It teaches me now to be thankful and contented in LIFE now and $$ is not eveything in dis world!!

I am deepy moved and sorry to hear the passing of Shandy and the pain dat she had gone thru....
It brought tears to me when i was reading her blog and it teaches me to appreciate my health and family more and $$ is not everything in d world!!
